Join us for a fun, encouraging, and helpful Zoom meeting for all Shooting Challenge participants. This meeting is a chance for everyone to get connected, learn how the Shooting Challenge website and app work, understand the XP point system, celebrate progress, and stay motivated for the rest of the challenge. What we will cover 👋 Introductions We will welcome everyone, introduce the meeting, and help participants feel comfortable and excited to be part of the Shooting Challenge. Participants will also have a chance to introduce themselves by sharing their full name, school, grade, and what they plan to do this summer. 💻 How to Use the Shooting Challenge App and Website We will walk through how the app and website work, including how to log in, track progress, submit information correctly, and use the system with confidence. 🎯 How the Challenge Works and the XP Point System We will explain how the challenge works, what participants are expected to do, and how XP points are earned. We will also talk about how steady effort, consistency, and correct participation can help participants be successful. 🏆 Awards, Recognition, and Gift Cards We will recognize participants, celebrate effort and progress, and give out awards or gift cards as a way to keep the meeting fun and encouraging. ❓ Questions and Answers Participants will have time to ask questions about the challenge, the website, the app, scoring, progress, or anything else they need help with.

Shooting Challenge Zoom Meeting Agenda Purpose: Review the app and website, explain how the challenge works, recognize progress, and help participants stay motivated and finish strong. Estimated Length: 30–40 minutes 1. Welcome and Opening (3–5 minutes) Welcome participants, introduce the meeting, and explain the purpose of the session. Set the tone for a positive and encouraging meeting focused on learning, recognition, and finishing the challenge strong. 2. Participant Introductions (8–10 minutes) Have each participant share their full name, school, grade, and what they plan to do this summer. Use this time to help everyone feel comfortable, connected, and excited to be part of the challenge. 3. Website and App Walkthrough (5–7 minutes) Review how the Shooting Challenge website and app work. Show where to log in, where to track progress, how to submit information correctly, and where participants can find challenge updates or important details. 4. How the Shooting Challenge Works (5–7 minutes) Explain the overall structure of the challenge, what participants are expected to do, how progress is measured, and any important reminders about participation, timing, or expectations. 5. XP Point System and Ways to Be Successful (6–8 minutes) Explain what XP points are, how they are earned, and why steady effort matters. Review practical ways to be successful, including checking the app regularly, entering information correctly, staying consistent, and asking questions early. 6. Awards, Recognition, and First Random Drawing (3–4 minutes) Recognize progress, consistency, effort, and achievements. Present any planned awards or gift cards, then hold the first random drawing to celebrate participation and keep the meeting engaging. 7. Questions and Answers (5–8 minutes) Open the floor for questions about the challenge, the website, the app, scoring, progress, awards, or anything else participants need clarified. Use this time to build confidence and remove confusion. 8. Second Random Drawing (2–3 minutes) Hold one more random drawing before closing the meeting. Thank participants for staying engaged and being part of the challenge. 9. Encouragement to Finish Strong and Closing (2–3 minutes) Close by encouraging participants to stay focused, keep showing up, and finish strong. Reinforce that every workout, every shot, and every day of effort matters. Closing Note This meeting is designed to help participants succeed, celebrate effort, and keep momentum going through the rest of the Shooting Challenge.
